This Privacy Policy describes how HopeGuard Restoration LLC (“HopeGuard,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website at callhopeguard.com and the restoration and related services we offer in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. By providing your mobile number and opting in through a web form, phone call, or text message, you consent to receive text messages from HopeGuard related to quote follow-ups, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business, tax, warranty, and legal records, and then delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention practices.

Delaware Residents — Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA)

Maryland Residents — Maryland Online Data Privacy Act (MODPA)
If you are a Maryland resident, subject to certain thresholds and exemptions under MODPA, you have similar rights to those described above, along with additional protections, including limits on the sale of sensitive personal data and heightened data-minimization requirements for certain categories of information, such as precise geolocation.
Pennsylvania Residents
Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive state consumer privacy law. As a matter of company practice, HopeGuard nonetheless allows Pennsylvania residents to submit the same categories of requests described above, and we will respond on a good-faith basis.

Regardless of your state of residence, you may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask to be removed from our marketing communications.
10. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days, which may be extended by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you. If we decline a request in whole or in part, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within sixty (60) days. If your appeal is denied, Delaware and Maryland residents may contact their state Attorney General’s office.
11. Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right described in this Policy.
